Celebrate National Children’s Gardening Week at Dobbies with our hands-on planting experience and afternoon tea.
We want to inspire children’s curiosity with gardening, so we’re hosting our popular hands-on planting experience, combined with a delicious Afternoon Tea, but for kids!
The 90-minute experience will begin with a chance for your little ones to get creative with a planting workshop, where they’ll learn how to build a beautiful planted container to display at home. Please note only the children will go away with a planted container, but adults are encouraged to help them with the planting.
One of our green team will host a demo and teach your children all about our seasonal selection of plants. We’ll provide one of our fun highland cow or hedgehog pots and a mix of summer plants, all selected by our knowledgeable team.
Your children will then create their very own planter (worth up to £20) to take home and enjoy all summer long.
